Facing problem in payment

I subscribed to a monthly plan of an app. Apple services also deducted 589 rupees from my PhonePe app which is also reflected in my bank account, but when I checked the subscription page and purchase history it doesn’t show any subscription. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest.
