I never got access to Cult Fit subscription I paid for through UPI (gpay)

Dear Apple Team,

My name is Garima bhardwaj and I am from Etawah (UP)

I have always admired apple services but for the 1st time I am facing an issue with the payment .

I made a payment of 999 in Indian Rupees on Cult fit app on 2 June 2024.I paid it through UPI (gpay) so the app redirected me to gpay where i automatically paid 999 to Apple media services. Now my amount is debited but I can’t see the subscription on the app. I need help.

I kindly request you to resolve this issue as quick as possible.
