Reasons for Photo Share not sending notifications to some people

Why do the people I am sharing an album with listed in green and not in blue? There is at least one person not getting the invitation.

The other person might have blocked your mail address on his Mac Block or unblock senders in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

As to share albums from your Mac to other person , the invitation has to be subscribed ( Use iCloud Shared Albums with iPhone - Apple Support )

Turn notifications off: Tap the Notifications button. Tap again to turn notifications on.
