iPhone warranty and facetime
If I buy an iPhone from Dubai and use it in India will
a. FaceTime work
b. Will it be covered under international warranty?

As Johnathan correctly points out, there is no such thing as International Warranty. If you buy an iPhone in Dubai, but you live in India, you will have NO warranty in India. And people come here often complaining their iPhone purchased in another country, was denied warranty support in India.
So, the logical solution is to not worry whether a phone purchased in Dubai will have FaceTime in India. Don't buy your iPhone in Dubai. Buy it in India, where FaceTime will be assured and iPhone warranty will be honored.
