So basically I was showering and my phone was ontop of the toilet seat and water got a little bit on my phone. Everything still works but the sound was a bit echoing. I got rice to dry it up and it was better. But a grain of rice got inside of my charging hole. Please help.

Too late now, but you would NEVER want to put a wet or damp phone in rice because tiny rice particles can get into any openings and ports and expand, really gumming things up.
Wait at least another 24 hours and then try to remove any particles from the charging port by very carefully using a small flashlight and toothpick.
If you are still having problems after that, make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to let them take a look and go over your options with you.

I would suggest to try to get the rice out with none conductive (nothing like metal) items like tweezers, pins, or canned/compressed air spray. Before you do this make sure the phone is completely powered off. If this doesn’t work then you should take it into an Apple Store or trusted service center where they can take the rice out and see if it caused any damage. Hope this helps!
