iPad locked in DemoLoop Mode

I purchased a new Ipad - 10th generation and set up my Apple ID etc ...all good

It had 100's of demo pics which I manually erased

It is eating the battery power - and showing 46% of use is "DemoLoop

Question - how do I set down DemoLoop
