IPad 5th gen restore/backup

Settings says “restore in progress” …last backup says “never”

what to do to fix this?!

We understand you're seeing that your iPad is stuck on restoring a backup and showing that it has never been backed up. We'd be happy to provide information about this.


This is actually expected if you restored from an iCloud backup recently. You would have to wait for the restore process to complete. Make sure you're connected to a strong Wi-Fi connection and to power.
