I keep getting the error prompt "there is a payment problem with a family member's previous purchase"

On my Iphone when I try to update any app from the app store I get an error prompt "there is a payment problem with a family member's previous purchase". I left the family sharing but I still get this problem. I also tried creating an entirely new apple ID account and I sign into the new apple id on my phone but I still get the same error when I try to update any app form the store.

In such a situation, I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=ikb&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=21084

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
