Notes app lost my last 10-25 minutes of hand written notes!
Why didn't “notes” app save my latest handwritten notes I was writing, when it started to lag and I did a hard reset my 2017 iPad pro 12.9” 512g

Hi Joelseguin,
Notes saves your data periodically, automatically. If you're working in the app, but force restart the iPad, it is probable it did not do a save before you forced it to restart.
We can recommend checking the Notes app at iCloud.com on a web browser. After signing in, if you don't see your data in the Notes web app, it would not have saved.
