If you have an iCloud backup or a backup to a computer, you can use that. See instructions in Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Also, even if you don't have a backup but do have data synced with iCloud, you can turn on the same syncing options in the new phone and the data will sync with it. See, for example: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support and Set up iCloud for Contacts on all your devices - Apple Support
