I want to know how to transfer all my data and info to my Lenovo laptop. I do not have my iPhone where my data was stored. . It’s lost. How can I recover it? And can I do it with my laptop?

Unless you find the phone, any data that exists only on the phone is gone. There are no provisions to recover any data remotely. You can only recover data from other places – like iCloud or manual imports of data to a Mac or PC. Email accounts are typically set up so that the master copies of email live on the email provider's server, and thus reconnecting to your accounts from another device is enough to get emails and associated calendar entries back.
If you were synchronizing data to iCloud – for instance, if you were using iCloud Photos – then you could recover data that made it to iCloud by
If you were making iCloud backups, then you could recover any data that was in a backup by restoring it to a new phone. (This would wipe the data on the new phone, replacing it with the data in the backup.).
Note that data that is synchronized to iCloud will not also be present in an iCloud backup.

If Find My was enabled on your phone at the time you lost it – and it is turned on and has an Internet connection – it may be able to report its location. If Find My Network was turned on, other Apple devices might also be able to help locate your iPhone, AirTag-style.
If you lost your iPhone in a well-defined, searchable area (like your home or a friend's home), another thing that you could try is to call it from another phone, and listen for the sound of "ringing".
If your iPhone was not merely lost, but stolen, do not go to any location that you might see to confront the criminals. You might lose a lot more than just a phone. Realistically, most stolen phones are never recovered, but you can use Activation Lock and blacklisting to "brick" a stolen phone and make it less valuable to thieves.
