I was composing a Facebook post on my iPhone 11 and then went to Safari to look something up without saving the FB draft. I never closed down FB. When I went back to FB the post I was working on disappeared. Can I recover it and how do I do it?

A good question to ask Facebook or look at their help site.
Apple aggressively puts apps to sleep to save power, causes this on Facebook and other apps.
