Safari- Video streaming or loading webpage issue

I recently have bought new MacBook Air 2020 model in 2023. So, far I am enjoying but sometime it have problems.

Like when I am using safari to watch video online. Sometime, it just does not load any video content, if it do then mouse click on these videos does not work.

Also, sometime it does not open some webpages also.

I looked up on the internet and find the option of to reset NVRAM by pressing option.command,P,R buttons in order. It worked for sometimes but again my laptop is creating such problems. Last time, 4 button command was also not working so I deleted my all search history and restarted the safari then it start working fine but I am curious to know what basically is the problem?

Is there anyone know why it is happening and what could be the permanent solution to it?
