My iPhone 11 was lost/stolen about two months ago. I received an location message from the support team last night that the location of your phone is "link of location". When I tried to trace that location it was not found via Find my app or other means. What can I do now? I have de-linked my Cloud id from the that phone after login to new iPhone.

Apple Support or it might say Apple Service, etc. will not send a "link of location", so that tells you that the message was a scam that was trying to trick you into revealing your personal information like Apple ID and Password.

When you say you "de-linked" the phone from iCloud, do you mean that you erased the device and removed it from your Apple ID account? Depending on the iOS version you had installed, you may still have the option of tracking your device even if it's been erased.
"If you erase a device that had iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or later installed, you can use Find My to locate the device or play a sound on it. Otherwise, you won't be able to locate or play a sound on your device after you erase it. You might still be able to locate your Mac or Apple Watch if it's near a previously-used Wi-Fi network."
If you're still looking to recover the device, you can report the updated location information you were provided to your local law enforcement agency and see if they can help with recovery of the device.
