This is a user-to-user forum. Neither we, nor Apple, can help you find your phone. Find My is the only electronic method available to you. Posting your iCloud details in this world-wide forum would be a bad idea – and offers of payment won't change anything as far as ability to track the phone.

There are several reasons why you might not be seeing a location:

  • The phone might be switched off.
  • The phone might have run out of power.
  • The phone might not have an Internet connection.
  • The criminals may have placed the phone in a special type of bag or cage to block it from making a connection.
  • The criminals may have shipped the phone to an overseas facility that will chop it up for parts.

Even if you did see a location, it would be very unwise to travel to a place where criminals gather to attempt to get your phone back. You might lose a lot more than just your phone.

As a practical matter, you will never see the phone again. But by keeping it marked as lost and keeping it on the list of devices associated with your Apple ID, you can ensure that it remains an Activation Lock brick, and keep the bad guys from being able to reset your phone to make your phone usable, and salable to their customers.
