iCloud storage issue

I upgraded my storage with ₹75/month iCloud + option few minutes ago but still it’s showing my iCloud storage is full. What should I do?

Hello chiraag112,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you.

So, you have upgraded your iCloud storage plan, but it's not being reflected on your device in Settings > Your Name > iCloud. Do we have that right?

Since the upgrade, have you tried restarting your iPhone? If not, it's a good idea to do that and refresh your connection with iCloud, which may trigger the new storage plan to be reflected.

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

It's also a good idea to double check and make sure the subscription is showing in your purchase history, and that the charge is shown on the payment method you used. The article below can help:
