My family subscription not work

I join the family subscription and when I use application it not work on my device it ask new payment

Make sure that the app in question is shared by the family organizer. To check have the organizer go to Settings>Family>Purchase Sharing on their device.

I check in family organiser, stay on shared. But in my device still not work

As you see in sharing apps 2 apps iCloud and Larva Vpn

I can use iCloud but Larva Vpn ask paid again, but in the other family group all work
