Ensure that Find My iPad is properly enabled in iPad settings:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > Find My > Find My iPad >

  • Find My iPad - set to ON
  • Find My network - set to ON
  • Send Last Location - set to ON

When enabled, your iPad (and other devices that are similarly enabled) should appear under the Find My App Devices tab.

You should note the Me tab will only show your location for the specific device that you have chosen to share your location with other people. This can only be enabled for one of your devices that are signed-in with your AppleID:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > Find My > Share My Location
