So this might come a little late, but to whoever might have this problem. I had this issue with a Pixel 6 pro, connecting to mac Book pro, and what solved it was closing dropbox in the computer. Crazy but true, it seems it interfeers with the AFT. I read in other threads also "preview" might interfeer too, so I guess -any- app can be the issue.

Have you tried using Android support? That might be a good place to try also. But another thing to try is make sure you have the latest version of Ventura 13.4 installed. Then test again.
