How can I verify my account?

I have tried to verify my identity but the cam won’t scan the back of my driver’s license and now my Apple Cash is blocked

Apple Wallet Identity Verification Issue - 30-Day Wait Twice Back in November of 2024, I saw that my Apple Wallet was restricted due to me needing to verify my indentity. I did not think much of it and went to do so, completing all the neccessary steps to verify my identity. After inputting all of my correct information, I was told that my identity could not be verified. I called Applpe Cash Support, gave them all of the correct information, and I was then told I would have to wait 30 days before verifying again. Today in January of 2025, I called again trying to verify my identity through Apple Cash Support. I gave the lady on the phone call all the correct information (email, first and last name, SSN, address) which she confirmed. She then reset my apple cash verification on the app and and I stayed on the phone as I input all of the SAME and CORRECT information needed to verify myself. I was then told AGAIN that my information could not be verified on the app. I told the lady on the phone what had happened and she hung up the phone. Then I called apple cash again, got a different customer service lady and went through the entire process again, just to be told I would have to wait another 30 days before TRYING to verify again (Not even confirmed that it will work). I am very frustrated and annoyed as it seems like I am permanently banned. This system is very flawed and I want this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Why won’t my account let me verify my identity I’ve tried to verify my identity to use Apple Cash but it won’t work and keep asking for the same information over and over

It didn’t accept my id and it’s me so what can I do I took the pictures of my id so verify it is me. It didn’t accept it which is weird because it really is me is there any other way I could verify I need to use some money today
