My Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 no longer supports my Microsoft Exchange email. Does anyone have a solution?

You have that backwards… Exchange no longer supports MacOS High Sierra.

You will need to upgrade the OS if your Mac supports it. Otherwise, contact your Exchange administrator.
