"Read/Write operation failed" on shortcuts that controls homekit devices

Having this issue of "Read/Write operation failed" on shortcuts that control my lights in my house. It started happening when I updated the homekit architecture on my iphone. The shortcuts work on my iphone. One more behaviour is that when I receive the error message and go to the home app on my apple watch, the shortcuts will work for a few minutes. After awhile, it will start showing the error message again.

We'd love to see if we can help get the issue resolved for you. For this, let's make sure your shortcuts are synced correctly. If the issue us unresolved, it may be best to delete the shortcut, then try adding it again and restarting all of the devices to update the operation. Keep in mind, it the shortcut is a personal automation it won't sync to your other devices. Please follow the steps provided in the links below.
