How can I fix format errors on WristTube on Apple Watch?

Is there any info anywhere about how to set it up and pricing? I keep getting an error message about format and it shows a platform called Chile. Help!

Error on the page on the apple.pl website in Polish there is an error when it comes to comparing applewatch 1 gen, it is written that it has a non-fading screen which is not true, I bought it and was disappointed with this fact, I am sending a photo of this error in the attachment. Can you fix it ?
