Apple Replacements
I recently scheduled an appointment at my nearest best buy to get my phone battery replaced. I got there and they told me they don't have the part so my only other options were to drive to the nearest apple store (which is 2 hrs away) or they could take my phone then order the part which would take 2 days. I think it's dumb to schedule an appointment through apple support if we don't already know the parts are confirmed. Has anyone else had this problem ?
