Hello! When updating the MacBook air, for some reason it installs on the APPLE SSD TS0128F and writes that either 44, 37 minutes are left, or less than a minute, but a week has passed since my first actions. And I can’t go anywhere at all: neither in the settings, nor on the desktop.
At this point force the laptop to power off by holding the power button. If this does not power off the laptop, then try an SMC Reset which should immediately power off the laptop. Then boot the laptop in Safe Mode to see if the install will finish.
What OS was being used on this laptop before you tried to install macOS 10.15 Catalina?
Was there any issues with the laptop before installing (or reinstalling ?) macOS 10.15?
How were you installing macOS 10.15? Did you begin the installation while booted into macOS and running the "Install macOS Catalina" app? Or did you use a macOS USB installer? Or did you use the online Catalina installer from Internet Recovery Mode?
Were you installing macOS over top of itself, or are you attempting a clean install of macOS by first erasing the drive?
