Water spill on 2015 Macbook air screen I had a student come in and tell me he spilled water on his screen 2 weeks ago and it won't come on now. :) Computer comes on but the screen is really dim. The screen did light up after awhile but had a lot of water damage. I changed out the screen but it is still really dark and flashes from time to time. None of the water marks inside on the logic board were red or even slightly pink. This computer is out of warranty so I was wondering what else I could check on or might need to replace to get it to work. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Water damage on MacBook screen My MBP was in my backpack walking in the rain, and water must have dripped into the left side (in the backpack sideways). The screen has 3 large layered blotches that extend to the edge of the left side of the screen. It still works though. I have shut down the Mac. Does anyone know how to fix the screen back to normal? Thanks.

Sounds like your device is in need of hardware service

Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device

How much costs a screen replacement for a macbook air M1 2020? The screen has liquid (water damage).

it costs around 249$ but it depends if you have apple care plus
