"My mac pro M2 MAX has become an ordinary user". What does this mean?

Even if the only admin user is no longer using the Mac, other users should be able to.

What is happening when you attempt to start up? Failing to start up is generally not related to a particular user. What's going on? What does the screen show when you power up the Mac?
