Macbook air keeps loading after password login

I changed the username and password for admin and after doing it cannot log back in the screen keeps loading

After entering the password, and pressing the return key, any user established login items will attempt to be started. It may be possible that one or more of them is holding up your Mac from displaying the macOS Desktop screen.
To temporarily disable starting these items, after entering the password, but BEFORE pressing the return key, hold down the SHIFT key .. then press the return key.
If this doesn't help, try starting up your Mac in Safe Mode.
