I am trying to unpair my apple watch, but when they ask me for my apple id log in, it says it’s wrong. Then when he says to put in my phone passcode it says it’s wrong as well when that’s not true at all? Is this a glitch? How do I fix this?

Are you the original owner of this Apple Watch? What you're describing is more common with a watch which is tied to someone else's Apple ID with a passcode.
