Good luck with that. Apple Cash stole all of my money and will not close my account because they’re saying I’ve a subscription. I did not agree to have a subscription with Apple Cash. I’ve been using Apple gift cards. I’ve been complaining for years and no relief. I think they hope I’ll die or give up trying to stop them. They run through my gift cards first and then start sucking money out of any account they can find even the (Apple Cash I closed immediately after learning I had one. What’s really odd is I never even applied and so didn’t know it was there. I had a balance from my friends who paid thro the app and that money wasn’t transferred to my bank like I set up before closing it. I spoke w an Apple agent who helped me set it up gift cards bc I felt I was being hacked. I still feel like my cloud is copied or has been taken over. I changed passwords a thousand times at the least. I have been paying 2.99 for cloud. Then went to 9.99 then dupicated to two clouds then three , then 2.99 was duped and kept duplicating to other amounts!. The real joke is I even don’t need to have clout services. I only paid for fear I’d lose my moms pics and her last dying words I copied. I feel like a hostage bc I love my mother and fear of losing her loving words. Cloud lost my husbands last messages so I didn’t want to lose moms too. Everything should be downloaded on my computer and somehow it isn’t there. I don’t know how this company gets away with this outrageous treatment. I’ve gotten so mentally sick I took a fall and was in the hospital from the stress of it all. 5 stitches n bruises everywhere bc of Apple! I’m not going to start on how my contacts keep disappearing, and then reappearing on the new iPhones. My friends never know if they’re able to contact me or not because the phone isn’t reliable. My father swears my phone did something to his when I called it and others have complained too. It’s creepy. I’ve epilepsy so stress aggravates it and Apple keeps charging away and doesn’t help me sort out my issues with this account I feel was compromised. Every time I feel they’ve helped I am back to where I’ve started. Beware of fake Apple support as well.even today as I write this they cannot reach me on my phone to help.
