Yes. With iCloud Photos enabled in iCloud settings/preferences on all devices, then it will show. If that is disabled, then it will not show. Take a screenshot, and it would show on the Desktop on your Mac and in the Photos app. It will show in just the Photos app on your iPhone and iPad.
