I haven’t used my Apple Watch in a couple of years. I used my work email to set up my watch and no longer work there. I couldn’t pair my phone so I reset it and now I can’t remember the password so my watch won’t pair??? Help

First is to still try resetting the Apple ID password following If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
Lastly you can request Apple remove it by providing proof of purchase. However, they will check if you tried or should be able to reset the password first. How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

Take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. Bring a proof pf purchase with you.
