Blue box appearing on icons

Hi,

I just have started noticing that there’s some blue small box (it’s not the zoom feature) kind of thing appearing around every icon in some apps like calling, LinkedIn, whatsapp. Every icon that is situated in the bottom of the screen. It’s not a problem but I am not finding it very appealing to see. Is there a way to get rid of it?
