Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the buttons not working on your WordPress website when accessed from an iPhone 8. There could be several reasons behind this, including plugin conflicts or compatibility issues with the specific device.

To address this problem, I recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check plugin compatibility: Ensure that all the plugins on your website are up to date and compatible with the latest version of WordPress. You can also try temporarily disabling plugins one by one to see if any of them are causing the issue.
  2. Review theme settings: Check the settings of your WordPress theme, especially those related to mobile responsiveness and button functionality. Ensure that the theme you're using is mobile-friendly and compatible with various devices.
  3. Test on multiple devices: Verify if the issue persists across different mobile devices, not just the iPhone 8. This will help determine if it's a device-specific problem or a broader compatibility issue.
  4. Seek support: If the problem persists, reach out to the support channels provided by your theme or plugin developers. They can offer insights or solutions tailored to the specific issue you're facing.

Best regards,

Ronnie

There could be several reasons why the buttons on your WordPress website

are not working properly on an iPhone 8. Like https://nationalday.blog/ happened now it is ok. One possibility is that your website may not have a responsive design, meaning it doesn't adjust its

layout and functionality based on the screen size. This lack of

optimization for smaller screens like the iPhone 8 could make the

buttons unresponsive or difficult to interact with. Another potential

issue could be the compatibility of your WordPress theme with mobile

devices. Some themes may not handle mobile responsiveness well or may

require additional configuration for specific devices. Check if your

theme has any known issues with the iPhone 8 or if there are any updates

available that might address the problem. Additionally, it's worth

considering whether any plugins on your site could be causing conflicts.

Disable any plugins related to buttons, mobile optimization, or

potentially interfering features, and then test if the buttons work

properly on the iPhone 8. If they do, you can narrow down the cause by

reactivating plugins one by one until the issue reappears, identifying

the conflicting plugin. Another factor to check is browser

compatibility. Test your website on different browsers (e.g., Safari,

Chrome) on the iPhone 8 to see if the button issue persists in a

particular browser. If it's limited to one browser, it may be a

browser-specific issue. Lastly, review any custom code or CSS you've

added to your site, as it could be affecting the button functionality.

Temporarily remove or revert any customizations to see if the problem

resolves. If none of these suggestions help, consider reaching out to

the theme or plugin developers for assistance, providing them with

specific details about the issue and the steps you've taken to

troubleshoot it.

I am facing the same issue, I am freelance web designer and recently I have designed this website of my client in WordPress and the design theme, plugins everything is mobile responsive but my client says he doesn't have the same mobile view in his iphone, compared to what I have sent him by taking screenshot of the mobile view in WordPress option. He is really frustrated about it and I don't know how to resolve this issue.
