Focus mode disabled

Good morning everyone,

I have a problem on all my Apple devices, "Share my concentration status" is disabled and greyed out and I cannot activate it.

I tried everything, go back to 0 on the iphone, on mac, delete all concentration modes, disconnect imessage and connect it again, etc... Nothing!

After call with Apple 1 year ago no change, please help
