Can't change countries BECAUSE OF SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!

I moved to the United States from Mexico about a month ago. Didn't get the chance to cancel all my subscriptions before getting over here, but I thought it was no big deal since they're readily available under my profile and I can cancel anytime, right? WRONG! Every time I try to change the country/region I get the same message about four active subscriptions that have to be cancelled before I get to choose a new region, but there's no way to do it!!!


Removing payment methods doesn't work, either: I get another popup that states that at least one subscription with an incoming payment is tied to the card, so I don't get to cancel that way. I've been a Mac/Me/iCloud member since… well, forever, must be over 20 years now, and I don't want to open up a new account/profile and lose all my playlists and stuff over something as dumb as this. Any ideas?

When you cancel a paid subscription, you get a finish using what you’ve already paid for. This means some of your subscriptions might have some days left before it is fully finished.


You’ll want to contact Apple Support by call or chat to see if they can finish canceling it now rather than having to wait.


Call or chat iTunes/Media support by clicking Get Support at the bottom of iTunes - Official Apple Support

When you cancel a paid subscription, you get a finish using what you’ve already paid for. This means some of your subscriptions might have some days left before it is fully finished.


You’ll want to contact Apple Support by call or chat to see if they can finish canceling it now rather than having to wait.
