Can't change region until subscription is over

I've moved from one country to another. And when I tried to change the region in my apple account it says I have to cancel my subscriptions. I did, but the message still here. It looks like I have to wait until canceled subscriptions get expired. The deal is I have to wait for much because some of the subscriptions had annual package, and I need to wait several months. It's too long to wait.

Is there any solutions how I can switch the region faster?

New account is not an options.

I have tried to create a ticket for support but I wan't able to find where to do that. All support pages are redirects me directly to app where I can cancel subscriptions what I already did.


Pls send help!

Contact Support directly and request the subscription be canceled with immediate effect.
