Unable to change region due to active Apple One subscription

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.

Yours is the first post I have seen in 20 tears claiming that canceling an Apple One subscription automatically subscribed you to other things. I don't know why they would be "pending" since if you subscribe it takes place immediately. Ask Apple about that when you ask them about canceling your Apple One immediately.
