Call Icon Not Working
Call icon in contact list not working for some numbers.
Just happened a few days ago.
Mine is 14pro max
iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're unable to tap the "call" button on some of your contact cards in Contacts.
To start, do these contact cards have numbers associated with them? If so, have you tried removing the contact and re-adding it? Give that a try and let us know if it helps.
