Win 10 - Itunes will not recognize my Ipod

I'm running Win 10.

My Itunes will not recognize my Ipod.

Ipod has been factory reset.

Win 10 updated - Itunes updated.

Try uninstalling "iPod Support" in the control panel, if this doesn't work go to disk c, programs files, and delete the iPod folder, open iTunes and it asks or should ask you to restore the files, repair it and the drivers should be restored.
