While iPhones don’t support sending photos directly via Bluetooth, you can easily send photos to another iPhone using a feature called AirDrop. This uses a combination of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to transfer files directly between devices. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the Photos app and select the photos you want to send.

2. Tap the Share button (it looks like a box with an arrow pointing upward).

3. On the share sheet that appears, you should see the other iPhone in the AirDrop section. If you don’t see it, ensure that AirDrop is enabled on both devices (You can turn on AirDrop in the Control Center).

4. Tap on the icon of the other iPhone. The person with the other iPhone will receive a notification that you’re trying to AirDrop something, and they can choose to accept or decline.

Both iPhones need to be close to each other for AirDrop to work. Also, both iPhones must have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on, and it may not work if either iPhone is in Personal Hotspot mode.

Alternatively, you can also share photos using iMessage, email, or cloud services like iCloud, Google Photos, or Dropbox.
