My ISP router says it has blocked 6 malware threats on my new iPhone 12 by apple. My iPhone is not jailbroken and I recently had to get a replacement for my battery dying quickly on my iPhone that was replaced. Please help. I know iPhone rarely gets virus or malware but it seems I may have malware. How can I run a check for malware?

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken.
That’s the thing, I have only had the phone for 2days and it has been up to date since setup. I haven’t downloaded any questionable apps and the few that I have downloaded are from the apple App Store. Yet my router shows it blocked 6 malware threats on this phone just yesterday.
