Audio on landline calls

When calling “landlines” the person Icall cannot hear me. There is no problem calling other cell phones, making voice memos, etc.

I can hear the person I called, but they can’t hear me.

iPhone 7+ 15.7.6

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Report the problem to your cellular carrier. Your phone doesn’t know or care what’s on the other end of the connection. The problem is not your phone.

This is my issue as well.

Only 1 particular landline that I call or they call me and they can’t hear me. I can hear them but not the other way.

I've done all setting checks and steps to try sort it out, reset etc. but still this one number (my parents) I can’t speak to them. None of my other siblings have this issue or husband all on iPhones and various IOS versions.

So I’m super confused as what to do now.
