When I open my TABLET, an older email will pop up and continue to flash for about 90 sec!! then it resends itself. I can't write or delete it. It does this every time I open mail. PLEASE HELP!

Not sure what is a "TABLET"...?
If this is a MacBook Pro— try launching the Mail.app while holding the Shift key down and compare your results.
When I open my mail, a older email will pop up and continue to flash on my screen for about 5 min then stop and resend itself!!!
