I have a million blocked numbers -spam, unwanted sales, etc. It bothers me to have that long list. Can I clear that list? Will it unblock them all? I want them still blocked! I just don’t want them tying up memory or anything like that!
Does anybody have thoughts, oh no, more than thoughts-facts Re: this?

We assume you have those contact blocked because you do not want to talk to them.
Another way to avoid unwanted calls is to turn on Silence Unknown Callers. From Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support:
To turn on Silence Unknown Callers, go to Settings > Phone, then scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers, and turn on the feature. Calls from unknown numbers are silenced and sent to your voicemail, and appear in your recent calls list.
Basically any number that is not in your Contacts, gets routed to voice mail.
