I have an extremely long list of blocked callers and I would like to delete that list. I don’t want to unblock them I just want to delete the list. Apple does ALL of these updates but can’t figure out how to make deleting the list a reality.

You don’t delete the list. The only way to remove the list is by unblocking the numbers.

Now, these numbers have to be unblocked one at a time, which, on your iOS device, may take a really long time.
