On my LG NANO83 TV

While trying open Apple Music it’s showing like this “network unavailable there were errors with this connection. wait a moment, then try again”. Not only Apple Music I’m getting error for Apple TV, Apple Airplay, Apple Homekit. Please solve this issue.

Hello bhargav2205,

We understand you are getting a particular error message when trying to connect to any Apple network-related service through your LG TV. Since the error is coming through with all Apple services, the issue might be something with either your network setup or your TV. First, you will want to check for any updates to your LG TV. Start with this guide from the LG website: LG TV - How to update an LG Smart TV

Then, you will want to check your network router or with your ISP. Make sure there aren't any firewalls setup that could be blocking connection to the Apple servers. If you have an Apple device, test connecting it to any one of those services through the same Wi-Fi network as your TV to see if the same error occurs.

Reply back with how it goes.

Best regards.
