Can’t sign in with my Apple ID
Trying to sign into FaceTime with my Apple ID when I try to sign in it just acts like it’s trying to, but doesn’t allow it continuing trying to sign in

Also try restarting your device. That cleared up an activation issue we had, and it doesn't hurt to try.
If it still isn't working after a day, do as the article instructs and contact Apple --> Contact - Official Apple Support
