Terrible Apple Watch Ultra treadmill accuracy - Big Apple fan

Hi Apple support team,

I consider myself a lifelong athlete (I train like one) - I purchased the apple watch ultra in an attempt to replace my Garmin Fenix 6. I was excited that apple was finally offering a watch that could stack up. I have worn the apple watch ultra during several outdoor runs while being connected to GPS in order to calibrate the watch. Even after doing so, when I use the watch on the treadmill, the distance accuracy is horrible, absolutely terrible. I am a huge apple fan - i have the watch, iPad, iPhone, and new Macbook air (I love them all). That being said, this aspect of the nearly $1,000 apple watch ultra is truly disappointing and unacceptable.

Please fix this with a firmware update of some kind. Very, very, very simple. Just allow the user the ability to calibrate the workout distance post workout (as literally every single other watch on the market allows one to do). I'm rooting for you guys, don't let your community down out of shear arrogance (arrogance = we're so smart, we'll just use our algorithms to calculate distance via outdoor calibration).
