After my Fusion drive failed, I hired a tech to migrate everything onto an SSD. Now, all my software appears to work, but none of my plugins, transitions or generators work. Has anyone been through this? What can be done?

That's what I've been doing all day. It's working, one by one. Each one has to be downloaded individually, verified, and installed with passwords being required. So you'd better hope you have all those written somewhere. It's very time-consuming — especially if you have 75-100 plugins. The FXFactory plugs fared the best. All I had to do was log in with my password once, and it seemed to fix them all.

Do they not work in the sense that when you play back content using these templates there is a red screen with a missing template sign? Are they missing from the browser?
Post screenshots of what you in the browser and viewer.
Post a screenshot in the Finder, in Column View, so we can see the path to one of these templates.
You may need to reinstall them.
Yes, nearly all show up with a red screen. They exist, but they're broken. AddMotion, MotionVFX, LenoFX. However, most of the ones I've made myself in Motion work just fine. Maybe that's a clue to what's going on here, I don't know.
